Bodywork

Bodywork is a gentle modality that allows me to support babies and children during the most foundational stages of life. This hands-on work can be incredibly impactful particularly in the early months of life for feeding and lactation challenges, oral and jaw tension, reflux or colic, head preference or after a difficult birth process.

By supporting comfort, movement and regulation early on, bodywork can help little ones feel more ease throughout their bodies- and help parents feel more confident in how to support them.

Pediatric Physical Therapy

Physical therapy that supports children as they grow, move and build confidence in their bodies. I work with young children through teenagers, helping address movement challenges, coordination, strength and recovery from sports-related injuries.

Whether your child is navigating a new skill or returning to sport, my goal is to help them feel strong and capable!

Workshops & Education

I offer workshops and educational sessions for parents, daycares, schools and providers who support children in their everyday environment. These sessions are focused on developmental milestones, practical strategies and recognizing signs for referral to medical providers. My goal is to share clear, approachable, evidence-based information that helps caregivers and professionals feel confident in supporting children’s development.

Workshops can be tailored specifically to the needs of each group and are designed to be practical, collaborative and applicable. If you are interested in workshop, click the button below to learn more and reach out.
